Одно из важных направлений подобной модернизации касается университетского образования. Особенный интерес для изучения в историко- культурном и философском ключе представляет сегодня реформирование его национальных моделей, генетически связанных с немецкой ветвью общеевропейской традиции. За последние десятилетия эти модели претерпели заметные изменения, пройдя адаптацию к новым условиям преподавания и тем социальным запросам, которые диктует новое отношение к знанию. В числе актуальных задач, стоящих перед исследователем, входит изучение того, имеет ли место на фоне текущих изменений сохранение преемственности культурных традиций. Возникнув на основе немецкой модели университета, первый на территории Сербии университет Белграда вобрал в себя традиции уважения к науке и образованию. При этом его развитие зависело от изменения культурной и политической ситуации. Одним из ярких моментов такого рода была смена политического вектора после каждой из мировых войн. Большое значение имели также события 1968 г. В числе старейших факультетов университета особое место всегда занимал философский факультет, объединявший направления «классики» (выделившейся затем в отдельное направление филологических исследований) и позитивного знания (история, психология, социология и др.). Современное преподавание таких дисциплин, как история философии, эстетика, логика и др. убедительно показывает преемственность традиций в сочетании с инновациями, без которых не развивается ни одна система образования. Культурологический анализ целеполагания и изменений в этой сфере позволяет сделать вывод, что курс на поддержание взаимно дополнительных отношений между традициями и инновациями отвечает национальным интересам Сербии как европейской страны, с её богатой историей и открытостью к межкультурной коммуникации на благо мира.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is dedicated to the issue of modernizing Serbian university education. Modernization as a transnational process has had a tangible influence on education. The debate on modern university education highlights the education models associated with pan-European traditions, with the German one serving as a key and needing to be localized. In historical and cultural context Serbia has always been open to accommodate efficient Western practices to local realities. The central challenge to such a modernization is to meet existing needs of scientific development, expert qualification and preserve the cultural continuity throughout the history. The University of Belgrade, the first one in the country and a leading one, followed the German academy model. However, its development was conditioned by cultural and political shifts, with changes in educational policy after each of the World Wars and the student movement of 1968 serving as examples. The Faculty of Philosophy has always had a special place among the oldest university schools, intertwining the classics (which later manifested themselves in philological research) and the positivist knowledge (history, psychology, sociology, etc.). Modern teaching demonstrates the continuity of traditions combined with innovations, which is essential to development of any educational system.
